Uganda Humanitarian Updates

The Uganda Humanitarian Updates – produced by OCHA on a monthly basis – provide an overview of security and access; population movement; humanitarian response in the various clusters of activity; funding; and activities in the month ahead, as well as a special focus on particular humanitarian issues.

Produced by OCHA on the basis of monthly reporting by OCHA sub-offices located in Gulu (and Amuru), Pader and Kitgum in Acholi sub-region, Soroti in Teso sub-region and Kotido and Moroto in Karamoja region (and formerly, Lira in Lango sub-region), the Uganda Humanitarian Update strives to provide an operational update on humanitarian action over the reporting period, which is the first to the last day of each month.
